How the clinical team participates in a case
Fertility care may involve reproductive medicine, gynecology, andrology, embryology, genetics, anesthesia and nursing. Not every patient needs every service; the responsible physician should explain who participates, what question each consultation answers and how information is integrated.
Credentials and roles should be verifiable, and results should be communicated in language the patient understands. A coordinated team does not remove biological uncertainty, but it can improve safety, documentation and continuity between evaluation, laboratory care, procedures and follow-up.
